A New Perspective on Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome…I was diagnosed with both these conditions many years ago and, in recent years, was diagnosed with Central Sensitivity Disorder, which is an umbrella term for FM, CFS, and other auto-immune disorders. I’ve written a blog about Central Sensitization and you can read about it here. Both FM and CFS affect many people, most especially women and I have explored countless healing modalities over the years to try and heal from these conditions.
Recently, I came across some information that gave me a new perspective on Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I found this information so enlightening, I simply had to share it! I am speaking about German New Medicine and the Self-Devaluation Conflict. This is a rather complex topic, and my friend Emmie and I have done a video series in which we explain what German New Medicine is, why it is such a different approach to healing, and how the Self-Devaluation Conflict plays into the conditions of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. We have tried our best to simplify this intriguing topic!
I have created a new YouTube channel called Spiritual Healing where I will now share all my healing and nurturing content. I will continue to add new content to my crochet channel, but I wanted to have a separate place for the healing content.
